Chili Cutting Machine Working Principle
Driven by the motor, the flying knife rotates around its own axis in the fixed bedknife gap, thereby crushing the peppers.
There are four sets of flying knives on the rotor, and one set of bottom knives. Depending on the types of fruits and vegetables, the discharge hopper has two forms: bucket type and tubular type.
A buffer net device is added to the upper part of the discharge hopper to obtain finer-grained materials.
